A Whole New Mind: moving from the information age to the conceptual age. Normally I don't like books extolling the virtues of the right brain but this one is quite good. It talks about the balance between the two and has lots of tips about creativity, which he thinks can be learned. A very good book.

I recently reread this as a prelude to reading the recent study supposed to contradict it. It still made a lot of sense to me but I still have to read the study.
