We frequently pass partially finished buildings as we walk. A lot of buildings were started before the 2008 crashand then there was no money to complete them. It is for sale according to the sign. But this was the first one we have seen that still has a poster of how it was to be. This was going to be beautiful. It appears they had an architect plan the whole thing. It looks like it was going to be a private home.
