Table tennis with a curve?

I think this is a ping pong table. I’m not sure if it was supposed to be this way or it warped. In any case it might be interesting to play. Then I thought that you could have a table that was constantly changing curvature in random ways. Would that favor the offense or the defense?

That’s me and Wynette in the corner but we’re not losing our religion.

  1. I guess your shot calculations would be similar to curvature of the earth aerospace flight calculations. Huh.

    1. That makes me think of miniature golf courses where you have moving blockades so you need to time your shot just right. Full disclosure: I even used to watch miniature golf on TV but it was more ironic watching. I remember one of the pros had the nickname “the ace machine”.

    1. I’ve read that REM says they out together the lyrics because they sounded good and they didn’t necessarily mean anything. I’ve always loved the song though and I want it to mean something.
