We walked around the old city walls in Girona, they look pretty much like all city walls but there are some nice views from the towers. Here is Wynette coming down the circular staircase from a tower.

How did the knees hold up? Mine would have been weak!
I’ve been feeling them for sure, Mom. Especially in Toledo. Very hilly town. Steep constant up and down. But good for me. I do feel a little stronger already.
