They used to be subtle ways of saying you’d passed here, like leaving a stone on the huge mountain of stones that you find later on the Camino. Or leaving flowers on a grave, or a stone if you’re Jewish. Or an Inuksuk in Inuit regions. But these stickers are just ugly. Boo-Hiss.
