Rebecca here. The ‘todo tapas’ looked really good! Can you tell us what each dish was? I’m hungry just looking at it!
Appears to be delicious and a full meal!
Comment by Wynette: Hi Mom and Reb. Reb, on square platter starting top left going clockwise, croquettes of some kind. Then some kind of crunchy things, then a pork stew with tomato sauce (a regional specialty, but can’t remember exact name), then manchego cheese, another regional specialty, then something with very thin layers of cheese and apple and pork, then foi gras (duck or partridge, we think). Also crusty bread in white container between our glasses of cider. Sorry to be so vague about some of the dishes. We decided today we need to take pictures of the menus so we’ll remember what things are and also so we can go back to the hotel and look things up and memorize names of things. I know the basic spanish words for things like cheese and milk and butter and bread and fish and meat and etc. But the menus have lots of words we can’t figure out at all.
