Post by Wynette: We crossed into Asturias today. So far we are impressed. It has been beautiful and charming. We walked 8.1 miles in perfect weather: sunny and cool. The Camino took us along a headland with lots of gorse (yellow flowers in photo). We are back on the ocean. We ended up at charming Casa Lula. We have a full casita with sunny patio, a kitchen, living room, bedroom, clothes washer. 60 euros! When we made the reservation we thought we were just renting a habitatión doble, double room. Housing choices have been interesting and varied on this Camino. I’m planning to do a blog post about that.
